Back from Stockholm! This is indeed a great city to visit, a place where the juxtaposition of water and nature creates one unique (laid-back) way of living. The sun hardly ever sets during this time of the year, here are some snapshots of that amazing view.

The Horrors + Crystal Castles concert (Polaroids # 37)

Just got back from the double bill concert of The Horrors / Crystal Castles here in Lisbon and it was great. It seems clear that this was indeed a great choice of bands to perform at the same gig: both brought a dark atmosphere into the room, one via a rock point of view, the other via pure electronica experimentation. I managed to capture some cool photos from The Horrors gig (above) and some iphone shots of Crystal Castles' strobe infused show (below). The noisy vibe of the iphone cam kind of transmits the exact feeling of their show.

From Lisbon to New York City, back from an amazing 12 days at the city that never sleeps. I loved it and I want to go back there as soon as possible. Up there with Berlin, this was one the cities that I visited yet that left the most impressive mark.
